Our commitment to customers
The Digital Electric Standard
What you can expect from the first conversation through project handoff and continuing service.
01
A response within one business day
Every new website inquiry is acknowledged by the end of the following business day. If a project requires additional research, we will tell you what happens next and when you can expect another update.
02
A clear scope before work begins
Customers receive a written description of the work, major assumptions, exclusions, responsibilities, and proposed schedule before DES mobilizes.
03
Changes discussed before they become surprises
When field conditions require a material scope or price change, we explain the condition and obtain authorization before proceeding, except where immediate action is necessary to protect people or property.
04
Respect for your home or facility
We plan around occupied spaces, production requirements, shutdown windows, and site rules. Work areas are maintained during the project and left orderly at completion.
05
Startup and handoff included
Completed installations are tested and commissioned. Customers receive an explanation of the system, applicable documentation, and the correct path for future service.
Installation workmanship
Two-year workmanship warranty
Digital Electric warrants its installation workmanship for two years from substantial completion. If a covered workmanship issue is identified, DES will inspect it and correct qualifying work at no labor charge.
Coverage and exclusions
Equipment and product warranties are provided separately by their manufacturers. Coverage does not include equipment failure, utility interruption, storm damage, misuse, pre-existing conditions, work altered by others, or conditions outside the original DES scope. Full warranty terms are provided with the proposal.
