How Digital Electric uses what you send.

What we collect

Quote, project, solar-notify, and install-offer forms collect the fields you enter—typically name, email, phone, site details, and project notes. We use that information to respond to your request. We do not sell it.

How it is delivered

Forms on this site post to Digital Electric's own form handler so we can email a readable lead to the shop. We do not store that request in a database on this site. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers through these forms. We also keep the landing-page source, src, and UTM campaign tags in your browser session so a quote started from an ad still shows where you came from.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and when a quote, project, solar-notify, or promo form is successfully sent. Those events include only the form name, not what you type. Google sets cookies and receives basic device and page-view information. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details as long as needed to quote, install, or follow up, and as needed for ordinary business records. Solar notify emails are used to follow up about solar.
