Site and load. Then paper. Then iron.

    Site & load

    Usage, backup priorities, existing solar, panel and service, mounting, and whether a home charger belongs in the same design.

  2. 02

    Design & quote

    Powerwall 2 vs 3, quantity, whole-home vs essential loads, interconnection, and a written scope. Solar installs are not offered yet.

  3. 03

    Permit & utility

    We prepare the electrical and interconnection package for the AHJ and utility. Timelines vary by jurisdiction—we do not invent a standard week count.

  4. 04

    Install

    Mounting, raceway, gateway or backup equipment, labeling—executed to Tesla’s Powerwall 2 or Powerwall 3 install path.

  5. 05

    Commission & Tesla Home

    Bring the system live, pair the Tesla app, set Backup Reserve and energy goals, and hand off closeout. Tesla Home ships with every Powerwall.

  • Tesla Powerwall Authorized Partner for Powerwall 2 and Powerwall 3. Home chargers available. Join the Tesla Solar notify list if you want generation later—not a live solar quote.
  • Ask us about Tesla or third-party financing. Digital Electric does not offer an in-house loan. The federal residential clean energy credit ended for installs completed after December 31, 2025.
